I can't do a lot of close detail work anymore, like the dragon scholar one (or my own default icon, for that matter), but I'm very proud of them. I think that this kind of drawing (including the tree, which is a similar style, just in pencils rather than ink) is actually some of my best work, even though I do more of the more abstract and stylised things.
